Santa & Mrs. Claus

Here are pictures of the boys with Santa & the Mrs. Some are from the tree lighting at our Township building. They have it every year. The kids get to sit on Santa's lap, get a free polaroid taken (plus we take our own pics), have refreshments, and get to make neat crafts......all for free!! :) We look forward to it each year.

Santa & Mrs. Claus also came to our school's pancake breakfast the morning after. It was so nice to see them again!

Nathan's Tooth

Here is Nathan proudly showing that he lost a tooth! This is his 5th tooth that he lost, and this is a special one! See, the first one came out in a bagel, and he found it. The 2-4th ones he swallowed either by eating something when it came out, or brushing his teeth (yes, now I find out he sometimes swallows his toothpaste!). Finally, he has one to show for his loss (thanks to my buddy Gwenn, the school nurse, who "encouraged" his tooth to come out as she was putting oragel on it :) (Nathan just thinks it fell out by itself, so shhhhhhhhhhhhhh).

Mike's newest accomplishment

Well, for all of you who know Mike.....he's a "do it yourself" kind of guy. He decided to make his own mantle scarf for the beautiful mantle he made last year. With the help of my Mom and Aunt Betty, he now knows how to sew :)

Nathan in his Cub Scout Uniform

Nathan has joined cub scouts this year. He is a Tiger cub. Here he is proudly showing off his brand new uniform :)

Soccer Highlights

This fall all 3 boys were in soccer. They all did well and had lots of fun. Here are some highlights :)

First Day of School

September 4th was the first day of school for all 3 boys. It was Nathan's first day getting up in the morning (he had PM kindergarten last year) and walking to his bus stop (kindergarteners get picked up at their houses). This was Addison's first day on the bus (by himself), and Logan's Preschool orientation. They all did well. We're off to a good start!!

Logan's 4th Birthday

We had Logan's 4th Birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese on his acutal birthday, Wed. night Sept. 3rd (which was the night before school started). Everyone had a blast, including my parents :)

Sea Isle Summer Fun

Well, Labor Day ended our visits to the shore. We had such a great summer. The boys loved going on boat rides, fishing, playing at the beach and swimming in the bay. The last 2 times down, we went to "KatieBug's beach" in Strathmere. It was really neat. At low tide there is a huge sandbar and the water makes a small lake that's like 1 1/2-2 feet deep they can hang out in. It's so much fun. This time they dug a huge hole, too :) Addison found lots of hermit crabs, and really enjoyed riding the boogie board......whether it be the normal way, or like a surf board! Nathan loved hanging with his cousins, as did Logan. It was such great fun!

Addison's Kindergarten Orientation

Addison had Kindergarten orientation in August. The bus came to our house and picked him up, along with Mike & I. We spent 1 1/2 hours in his class, outside and in the cafeteria. He was so excited that his buddy Nate was in his class!

Uscinowicz/McGuigan Family Reunion

Yesterday we had our annual reunion. Lisa & Nick hosted again this year. The kids all had a blast playing in the pool. The weather was perfect, the food great, but the best part was being with FAMILY!
